Upon reflecting on my day I was inspired in many ways.
To write about the world, the perception hearts so cold.
Here is where my journey begins... The world will laugh at you and you will be their muse of entertainment along your road of trials toward becoming what you currently are not. But when you succeed they'll be wishing they were there along the way so they can soak in your glory. Just you wait world... I will beat this disease of the mind and body, just you see! And I will beat you Mr. Fat... because my best friend is Will Power. hehe
Anyways my goal is to lose 50lbs. It's a lot but I will do it!
I'm gonna be real w/ya'll cuz you can handle it. I'm currently 220. I would like to be at 170 and it's not an exaggerated goal.
BMI Categories:
Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
Right now with my height and weight, my BMI is 35.5! At 170lbs, my BMI would drastically reduce to 27.4, which is still overweight according to the scale however my bones and frame is larger anyways so that will be a great weight for my body type!
Anyways, pray for me and stuff! haha I will do my best to get before pictures up and track my progress but until there is improvement there is no need for you all to see the chub-chub. Haha that's exploitation with no motive and I may be a secure person but anyone would need a Hercules confidence to do that! heh
